Hello Creative Humans,
Wow! Showcase last Saturday was a blast and we are filled with gratitude for all the students, staff, and volunteers who made it colorful, impactful, and successful.
As our many student hosts reminded us during the main stage show, it is better to show you rather than tell you what we are talking about. Hence below we present to you our gift to both those who attended and those who missed it—the glorious 2026 Showcase video, a heartfelt collaboration of everything we love about MSA. (Trust me, it deepens on multiple viewings.)
Within MSA, things move quickly. Our programs are already preparing for the next exhibition and performance. MSA Dance lights up the Center for the Arts again this weekend while our musicians dive in to festival season. Our visual arts AP students finalize their AP portfolios and I am also on the move as I travel down to LA to pick up our prestigious California Excellence in Arts Education Award.
