Hello MSA Community,
As we move quickly toward the end of the school year, we pause to show gratitude toward our awesome MSA and NHS staff and celebrate students in all the ways they’ve grown this year.
Today, MSA Foundation hosted a staff appreciation lunch with Rustic Bakery sandwiches and quiches and gorgeous salads. We also gave away MSA mini gifts to honor the way our larger family of NHS and NUSD staff support our students and program. Staff loved the artsy love!
Speaking of artsy love, we hope you will keep your eye on the calendar to attend end-of-year performances, awards, exhibitions and senior projects like Makayla Goodrich’s senior gallery project this Friday in the C4A and Luc Ramsey’s senior production of Seminar this Saturday (details below). You might also think about leaving a lasting impression with a seat plaque—another way we celebrate students and the MSA impact.
There’s one unique offering in our calendar that students and families might find interesting. Note the Monday, May 20th 1pm speaker on social media. Students are welcome to attend with their class or with a pass from their 5th period teacher. Interested adults can come on down without a reservation. Let’s learn together!
There is never a shortage of things to do or ways to engage. Thank you for all the ways you love on our artsy kids and program.
Warmly,
Michelle Cortez
