Hello arts folks,
Yesterday, a small group of lovely parents came together for an overdue MSA Foundation Paint and Sip session we organized way back in October. I loved creating art and creating community with MSA moms from all grade levels and all disciplines.
This event was scheduled to be led by our own fabulous MSA Drawing and Painting teacher Taylor Mancini. Hours before the event, Ms. Mancini came down with a fever and we needed to pivot. The cool thing about this situation is how we DEEP we roll when it comes to arts leaders. I immediately thought of and reached out to freshman parent Tori Berghoff to see if she could pinch hit. She could and did! It reminds me of how blessed we are to exist in such a charming, creative, generous community. We ALL have the ability to be creative and it was such a pleasure having some adult time to make art.
