Hello, Creative Community,
Today was fun! The Little Shop of Horrors cast and crew impressed students, staff, and teachers in their free school day performance. We loved welcoming an audience with mixed theatre experience and expertise—some kids have never seen a musical before while others were seasoned performers in their own right. Today’s performance follows last Friday’s packed house for Preview Night and prepares us for the official opening night this Friday. We think you’ll agree with the consensus —this show entertains and delights. Check out more pictures and link for tickets below.

With the fall musical comes the MSA Fall/Winter program—a sweet celebration of MSA program components and sponsors which you can pick up at remaining performances and exhibitions in its physical form and preview digitally here. The program sings of our multi-faceted collaborations and of gratitude. I especially love the Foundation Welcome penned by our hard-working and graceful Co-Presidents Tori and Erin on page 7 and the new teacher Q & A on page 19. Check it out!
As we head into the weekend and the week off to spend more time with family and friends, THANK YOU for all the ways you support our young artists and the spirit of community embedded into all parts of our program and our school.
With love and appreciation,
Michelle Cortez
