Sandcastle Theater Company put on an inspired performance of short plays written by Creative Writers. The professional actors embodied writers’ roles to their fullest after MSA Theatre students (top photos) opened the evening with short scenes also written by Creative Writers.
“We were so impressed with the program! Thank you for giving your time to these kids and encouraging their creativity,” one parent shared.
“That was such a rewarding and fun experience. Sandcastle, as an organization, put so much heart and intelligence and sweat and empathy and creativity into this project,” says an Emerging Voices Actor. “It was truly an honor being allowed to portray these originally written scenes for the community.”
