Announcing our Divine Cast & Crew

Hello, Beautiful Humans,

Not this weekend but next, we have the DIVINE privilege of coming together as a creative community to show off our students and arts programs for our annual fall fundraise, the Divine MSA benefit.

I love seeing the students and teachers prepare for our guests through rehearsals, gallery gifts, and working through dozens of iterations of who will do what.

I know from experience that sometimes our sweet teens keep their contributions quiet to their families until the last minute. Don’t worry! We love sharing all the ways our young artists say yes—check out the current list of student contributors below. Also look at the various ways you can join the event by buying a ticket to see your kiddo perform or exhibit, participating in our online auction, or volunteering. We love an artsy party and hope you can join us one way or another.

Art in all its forms holds the potential to transform lives. On a daily basis, I see it across our campus and hear it from our students and families. Special events like our Divine event and the set of concerts we hosted this week featuring Paraguayan group Recycled Orchestra of Cateura help us connect, celebrate, and express the best of ourselves and our community. I know our schedules are packed—mine is too —but I never regret an investment in our students and their creativity. You won’t either. See you there?

With so much love and gratitude for all our kids and every form of art,

Michelle Cortez
