Congratulations to MSA’s Jacob Egan (Jazz Studies, Rock Band, ’25) who has been selected for Jazz at the Ballroom’s annual scholarship program. In the statewide competition for high school jazz students a panel of professional jazz musicians selects three winners for an award of $500 each to further their music studies. Winners will also be hired for at least three paid performances as part of JATB events, bringing the award total to $1,000.
