Honoring the Past, Present & Future

Hello, dear MSA communities,

We have so much to share with you this week!

Check out the moments we captured from the creative and connected lives your students are leading at school these days – like the pictures below from our Rally and Friday Outdoor Movie Night as well as features from visual arts and dance deeper in this newsletter.

We also hope you notice our new “MSA at 20” stories like the one about recent MSA Digital Arts grad Chris Perrazo who is already tutoring his new college roommates on programs he learned here at MSA.

Do you have a story or idea or helping hand to share?  Current families – consider stopping by our MSA table at Back to School Night tomorrow (Thursday 9/1) where Shannon and I will be eager to see your friendly faces.  Alumni and community members – you are always welcome to reach out at events or via email – we love your input.  And everyone should SAVE the DATE for Divine Wine Oct 8 – its going to be an extra special anniversary event with invites arriving in your mailboxes soon. (Consider signing up to volunteer now! We could use some creative parents to take on important event roles.)

There are so many ways to stay connected and honor our past, present, and future together as intersectional creative communities across campus.

Warmest regards,
Michelle Cortez
MSA Director
