ARTFEST NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
MSA Visual Art Department’s annual Art Fest Award Ceremony and artwork viewing will be held on Friday, June 3, at the Center for the Arts. Join us for an evening to view the artwork and celebrate the awards ceremony with our students. Doors open at 4:00 and the awards will be presented at 5:15.

JOIN THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATION TEAM
If you have volunteered or attended any of our events, you will note how many hands and hearts from our volunteers are needed to make everything we do a success. Next year, Annika Rothbaum, has stepped up to lead the Volunteer Coordination effort. She will need a team to help create Signup Geniuses, make volunteer information sheets, create and send The Volunteer Newsletter, and help with volunteer coordination at events. If you are interested in joining the team, please contact Annika Rothbaum.
MSAF NEEDS YOU
The MSA Foundation is looking for parents who have experience in researching and writing grants for MSA programs. There is money out there and we need a team of parents to help us get those funds.
We are in great need to identify parent and student volunteers, who are interested in learning or have experience in being on on Technical Crew for our events. We need people who are willing to help set up, work the event, and tear down afterwards. We need many willing hands to help set up stages, audio equipment, lighting, and willing and able to move equipment around for Divine Wine, Showcase, and other events as needed. Many of our talented parents are alumni or soon to be alumni, and we need a new generation of parents and students to help out.
We are looking for parents with food service, catering, or hospitality services to help with Divine Wine. We need people, who can help us run the Kitchen at Divine Wine. If you are interested in helping, we would love for you to join our Divine Wine Committee. Divine Wine will be Saturday, October 8th, 2022.
We are always looking to talk to folks who would like to join the MSAF Board.
