Welcome to the 2023-24 School Year!

Did you know Marin School of the Arts (MSA) serves ALL Novato High students?

  • All MSA introductory classes are open to all students without application.
  • Students who apply to join the MSA program take a deeper artistic dive by committing to two arts classes each year.
  • All students taking an art class benefit from enriched supplies and materials, inspiring guest teaching artists, and opportunities to present their art funded through the MSA Foundation.

Learn more as we prepare for the new year!

  • MSA Town Hall, Monday, Aug. 21 from 6-7:30pm.
  • MSA Foundation Zip Code Parties, Aug. 20-27. MSA families gather by region to socialize, solidify carpools and support networks.
  • All students and families are encouraged to attend MSA events

Whether your kiddo is “all in” with the arts and the MSA program or just completing their fine arts F requirement, we embrace intersectional identities: you can be an arts AND athletic family, a PTSA AND MSAF dad, and/or a pro-artist AND -scholar parent.

Use the links in the flier sent you to find your way to MSA and MSA Foundation opportunities to volunteer, donate, or participate in a way that feels right for your family.

Warmly,

Michelle Cortez
MSA Director AND NHS Assistant Principal
