Photographer Brooks Fletcher

Brooks Fletcher is an artist and Oakland native with a passion for photography, education, community building, and visual storytelling. He holds an MFA in Photography cum laude from the Academy of Art University and served as a photojournalist in the United States Army over 10 years.

Brooks began his career teaching after leaving the military in 2016, working as a youth photography mentor in San Francisco and as an education coordinator working with student sat Oakland School of the Arts. He is a great addition to our MSA and NHS team!
