Sold Out Event, BUT You Can Still Participate!

Dear MSA Community,

The 2022 Divine Wine & Food fundraiser for THIS SATURDAY is SOLD OUT. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets! What an incredible event we have in store, and we couldn’t do it without our MSA community.

If you want to be a part of this magical event, but did not get to buy tickets, fear not, you can volunteer at the event and join us to get standing room only volunteer access.

Here’s what we still need based on timing for Saturday’s Divine Event:

Noon-4pm: Green Room Monitors: Join us for the event after keeping an eye on our student performers during rehearsals to ensure calm and safety of all.

2:00pm-4:30pm: Food Prep: Help us in the kitchen to help set up the kitchen and prep donated food coming in from vendors.

4:00pm-7:00: Food Prep and Service: Watch the show after helping set up the food service and serve food from vendors who cannot send staff.

6:30pm-8:30pm: Live Auction Volunteers: We need spotters during the Live Auction. Spotters fan out and watch for guests to raise their bidding numbers. Spotters will yell out bidding numbers to the auctioneer and then the auctioneer will say the bidding numbers for the scribe. The show starts at 7pm. This will give you a chance to watch these talented student artists.

8:00pm-10pm: Clean up and Muscle TeamWatch the show and help us clean up the venue afterwards.

We are looking to borrow your coolers, preferably on wheels. Please bring them to Unity in Marin between 3pm-3:30pm. Please put your name and phone number on your cooler with masking tape so we can reunite you with your cooler. If you have any questions, please email me.
