In addition to cash prizes, students free year membership to MasterClass, an online learning platform streaming lessons by recognized masters of their craft.

Special Award $100—Shem Rothbaum “Self-Love” whose piece is study on self-hatred. “Both of the people in the painting are me, to express the feeling of over-critique of myself,” Shem shares.
Special Award $100—Disa Doan
“I chose a skeleton as my subject to touch on the fact that everyone is the same underneath our muscle, skin and even personality. This fact if comforting in a way, knowing that we always can be connected by this even when we feel completely isolated and different,” Disa shares.
