Hello, Dear MSA Communities,
Happy summer to you! In the few short weeks since graduation, many in our art communities are living up to one of our sayings around here: Stay Artsy.
We’ve got MSA Theatre summer camp in full swing, MSA teachers refreshing their classrooms and campus, and a recent MSA founders meeting to plan our MSA at 20 Anniversary season with Mark Peabody and Annie Hartje (they are SOOOO cool!)
Before Shannon and I sign off for a few weeks, we wanted to reach out one more time with a few calls for engagement:
- Alumni – help us plan for 20th Anniversary season and perhaps sign up to COME HOME and make some art with us (see two ways to join below)
- Incoming and current families – want to carpool? Opt in or opt out of these lists below
- Novato friends – come check out MSA music’s contribution to the Novato 4th of July parade featuring Cubed, an all MSA band gigging all around town this summer.
- Everyone – save relevant return to school dates with the calendar below full of MSA and NHS events.
I’m off to SFMOMA this weekend and determined to stay artsy all summer myself. If the spirit moves you, feel free to email me your own Stay Artsy summer story and I’ll post a few to the website.
